Pricing

Set the product price in dollars (e.g. 29.99). Optionally set a "Compare At Price" higher than the actual price to display a strikethrough and discount badge.

Pricing Tip

Setting a compare-at price creates urgency and shows value. For example, price at $19.99 with compare-at $29.99 shows "33% off" to customers.

Bundle Creation

The Bundles page (/store-bundles) lets you group multiple products together at a discounted price.

Creating a Bundle

  1. Click "New Bundle"

    Opens the bundle creation modal.

  2. Set bundle details

Enter title, description, bundle price, and optional thumbnail URL.

  3. Add products

Search for products using the picker, click to add them. Use the arrow buttons to reorder items and the X to remove them.

  4. Save

Click "Save Bundle". The bundle appears in the store under the Bundles category.

Setting Bundle Pricing

Price bundles at 15-30% less than the sum of individual product prices. This provides clear value to customers while maintaining healthy margins.

Pricing Strategies

Effective pricing approaches for your digital store:

  • Free / Freemium — Offer select content for free to attract users, then upsell premium content
  • One-time Purchase — Standard pricing for individual products with lifetime access
  • Subscription — Recurring revenue with tiered plans (monthly/annual)
  • PPV (Pay-Per-View) — Time-limited access for live events and exclusive content
  • Bundling — Group related products at 15-30% less than individual prices
  • Anchoring — Set a compare-at price to show the value of the discount
  • Loss Leaders — Price one product low to attract customers to higher-value offerings

Order Management

The Orders page (/store-orders) displays all customer orders with filtering, search, and status management.

Viewing Orders

The orders table shows order number, customer, date, item count, total, and status. Use the filter tabs (All, Pending, Processing, Completed, Cancelled) to narrow results. Click the chevron to expand order details showing individual items.

Updating Status

Use the status dropdown to change an order's status:

StatusDescription
PendingOrder created, awaiting payment confirmation
ProcessingPayment received, granting content access
CompletedContent access granted, order fulfilled
CancelledOrder cancelled before completion
RefundedPayment refunded, content access revoked

Processing Refunds

To refund an order, change its status to "Refunded". This revokes the customer's access to the purchased content. The actual payment refund must be processed through the Stripe dashboard.

Revenue Dashboard

The Revenue page (/store-revenue) provides analytics on store performance.

Reading the Charts

The line chart shows revenue over time. Use the period selector to view the last 6, 12, or 24 months. Hover over data points to see exact revenue figures.

Key Metrics

  • Total Revenue — All-time gross revenue from the store
  • This Month — Current month revenue with comparison to last month
  • Avg Order Value — Mean order total across all completed orders
  • Active Subscriptions — Number of currently active subscribers

Top Products

The top products table ranks your best-selling products by revenue. Use this to identify your most profitable content and plan future product development.

Payouts

The payouts table shows recent transfers from Stripe to your bank account, including date, amount, and processing status.

Subscription Plans

Manage subscription plans from /store-subscriptions. Create plans with different billing intervals, prices, and feature sets.

Creating Plans

  1. Click "New Plan"

    Opens the plan creation modal.

  2. Configure plan

Set the name, price, billing interval (monthly/annual/custom), and list the features (one per line).

  3. Set options

Mark as "Popular" to highlight the plan with a badge. Check "Active" to make it available for purchase.

  4. Save

The plan immediately becomes available for customers to subscribe to.

Managing Subscribers

The subscriber table below the plan cards shows all users with active or cancelled subscriptions. You can view their plan, start date, next billing date, and manually cancel subscriptions if needed.

Important

Cancelling a subscription from the admin panel takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The subscriber retains access until that date. This cannot be undone from the admin panel; the user would need to resubscribe.
