Managing Your Library
Your Library contains all the content you have purchased or have access to through a subscription. Access your library from the companion web app or directly on your Roku TV.
Accessing Purchased Content
My Library Screen
All purchased content appears in your Library immediately after payment. Content is organized by type and shows your progress for courses and test packs.
-
Open Your Library
Navigate to My Library from the bottom navigation bar (web) or the channel home screen (Roku TV).
-
Open Content
Tap or select a content card to launch it. Courses open in the video player, eBooks open in the reader, and test packs open the quiz interface.
Filter Tabs
Use the filter tabs at the top of the Library to narrow down your content:
- All — Everything in your library
- Courses — Video courses with progress tracking
- eBooks — Digital books and reading materials
- Test Packs — Quizzes and practice tests
- Subscriptions — Content accessed through your subscription plan
Download Limits
Some content types support offline access through downloads:
- eBooks — Download as PDF for offline reading on any device
- Course Materials — Download supplementary PDFs and worksheets
- Test Packs — Not available for download (requires online grading)
- PPV / Videos — Streaming only, no downloads available
Checking Remaining Downloads
Some products have a download limit set by the publisher. To check your remaining downloads, open the product in your Library and look for the download counter next to the button. If no limit is shown, downloads are unlimited.
Downloads are linked to your account and should not be shared or redistributed.
Subscription Content
What's Included
Active subscribers get access to a curated library of content included in their plan. Subscription content is marked with a subscription badge in the store and library. The exact content depends on your plan tier.
What Happens on Cancellation
When a subscription expires or is cancelled, content accessed through the subscription will show as "Expired" in your library. You retain access until the end of the current billing period. Individually purchased content remains accessible regardless of subscription status.
Content Expiry
Different content types have different access policies:
| Content Type | Access Duration | After Expiry |
|---|---|---|
| Courses (purchased) | Lifetime | Always accessible |
| eBooks (purchased) | Lifetime | Always accessible |
| Test Packs | Lifetime | Always accessible |
| PPV Events | 48 hours after event | Marked as Expired, replay window closed |
| Subscription Content | During active subscription | Locked until resubscribed |
Troubleshooting
Can't Access Purchased Content
- Verify the purchase completed by checking your Order History
- Refresh the Library page (pull down on mobile, F5 on desktop)
- Ensure you are logged in with the same account used for purchase
- Check if the content type filter is hiding the item
Subscription Access Issues
- Check if your subscription is still active in your account settings
- Verify your payment method is up to date (expired card may cause access loss)
- For past-due subscriptions, update your payment method to restore access
- Try logging out and back in to refresh your access tokens
Progress Not Saving
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection while using content
- Progress syncs automatically when you pause or close a course
- On the Roku TV, progress is synced when you exit the video player
- Wait a few moments and refresh — sync may be delayed
If you continue to experience access issues, contact support with your order number and a description of the problem.
