QR Code Checkout Flow

When purchasing from your Roku TV, a QR code is displayed on screen. Scan it with your phone to complete payment on a secure checkout page.

1. Browse on TV

   Navigate the store on your Roku and find the product you want.

2. Add to Cart

   Press OK on the product and select "Add to Cart".

3. Press Checkout

   Go to your cart and press "Checkout". A QR code appears on your TV screen.

4. Scan QR Code

   Open your phone camera and scan the QR code. This opens the secure checkout page.

5. Complete Payment

   Enter your payment details on the checkout page. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

6. Content Unlocked

   Once payment succeeds, your TV automatically unlocks the content. Start watching immediately.

We accept the following payment methods through our secure Stripe integration:

Saved Payment Methods

After your first purchase, your payment method is securely saved by Stripe for faster future checkouts. You can manage saved payment methods from your account settings.

Subscription Plans

Subscribe to a plan for unlimited access to content. Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis.

Available Plans

• Monthly — Billed every month, cancel anytime
• Annual — Billed once per year, save up to 25% compared to monthly

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You will receive an email reminder before renewal. Cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Switching Plans

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, the price difference is prorated. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the next billing cycle.

How to Apply a Promo Code

1. Go to your cart

   Add products to your cart and navigate to the cart page.

2. Enter the code

   Type your promo code in the "Promo Code" input field and click "Apply".

3. Verify discount

   The discount will be reflected in the order summary before you proceed to checkout.

• Special event promotions and seasonal sales
• Referral rewards from inviting friends
• Social media channels and partner sites

Order Confirmation

After a successful purchase, you will see a confirmation screen with your order number. Your purchased content is immediately available in your Library.

Email Receipt

A detailed receipt is sent to your registered email address. It includes the order number, items purchased, payment amount, and a link to view the order in your account.

In-App Notification

On the Roku TV, a notification banner appears confirming the purchase. The content automatically appears in your Library and is ready to access. On the web, you are redirected to the order confirmation page.
