Deep links work with:

  • Companion app -- Browse content on your phone and send it to your TV with one tap
  • QR codes -- Scan QR codes from marketing materials to jump straight to specific content
  • Shared links -- Open links from friends, teachers, or social media directly on your TV
Troubleshooting
  • Pairing code expired? -- Codes are valid for 10 minutes. Restart the channel to generate a new code.
  • Video buffering? -- Check your internet speed (minimum 5 Mbps for HD). Try lowering video quality in the player settings, or move your Roku closer to your router.
  • Channel not loading? -- Go to Settings > System > System Update on your Roku to check for software updates. Then remove and reinstall the channel.
  • Audio out of sync? -- Press Star (*) during playback, select Audio, and try toggling the audio track. Restarting the episode usually resolves the issue.
