Browsing Products
The store is organized into easy-to-navigate categories so you can find exactly what you need. Use the category tabs at the top of the store page to filter by product type, or take advantage of the search and filtering tools.

Select a category tab (eBooks, Courses, Test Packs, PPV, Bundles) to see all products of that type. The "All" tab shows every product in the store.

Use the search bar at the top of the store to find products by title, author, subject, or keyword. Results update as you type.

Narrow results by price range, rating, grade level, or subject area. Sort by newest, most popular, highest rated, or price.

Your Library
After purchasing any product, it appears instantly in your personal library. The library is accessible from both the Roku TV channel and the web companion app.

Bookmarks & Favorites
Mark your favorite content for quick access. Bookmark specific chapters or lessons to return to later.
Offline Access
Download eBooks and select course materials for offline reading when an internet connection is not available.
Family Sharing
Share select purchases with family members linked to your account. Each person tracks their own progress independently.
Order History & Receipts
Keep track of every purchase you have made. The Order History page provides a complete record of all your transactions.

Access Order History
Navigate to your account settings and select "Order History" to see all past purchases.

View Order Details
Click any order to see the itemized list, payment method used, date of purchase, and delivery status.

Download Receipts
Each order has a downloadable PDF receipt for your records. Receipts include tax information and transaction IDs.

Request Refunds
If eligible, you can submit a refund request directly from the order details page within 14 days of purchase.
