Free Tier
Access a curated selection of free channels, watch sample episodes, and browse the store. Perfect for getting started and exploring the platform before committing.
Premium Monthly
Full access to all channels, ad-free viewing, store discounts, priority support, and early access to new content. Billed monthly with the flexibility to cancel anytime.
Premium Annual
All Premium Monthly benefits at a discounted annual rate. Save the equivalent of two months compared to monthly billing. Best value for committed learners.
Family Plan
Premium access for up to five family members under a single subscription. Each member gets their own profile, progress tracking, and personalized recommendations.

Loyalty Program
The RokuChannel Loyalty Program rewards you for engaging with the platform. The more you learn and shop, the more points you earn -- and those points translate into real savings and exclusive benefits.
How to Earn Points:
- Purchases: Earn 10 points per dollar spent in the store (20 points for Premium subscribers)
- Watching Content: Earn 5 points for every completed episode (watching at least 90% of the video)
- Completing Courses: Earn 100 bonus points when you finish all episodes in a series
- Test Performance: Earn 25 points for scoring 80% or higher on any test
- Referrals: Earn 500 points when a friend you refer creates an account and makes their first purchase
- Streak Bonuses: Earn bonus points for consecutive daily logins (7-day streak = 50 points, 30-day streak = 250 points)
Redeeming Points
Your accumulated loyalty points can be redeemed in several ways:
Store Discounts
Apply points at checkout for instant savings. Every 100 points equals $1.00 off your purchase. Combine with Premium subscriber discounts for maximum savings.
Free Content
Unlock select premium courses, eBooks, or test packs using points instead of cash. Check the "Redeem with Points" tag on eligible products.
Exclusive Access
Redeem points for early access to new features, beta content, or invitation-only live events and workshops.
Gift Cards
Convert points into RokuChannel gift cards that you can share with friends, family, or classmates.
Managing Your Account
Keep your subscription and billing information up to date from the Account Settings page:

Upgrade Your Plan
Switch from Free to Premium or from Monthly to Annual at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing cycle.

Downgrade Your Plan
Switch to a lower tier or return to the Free plan. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep Premium access until then.

Cancel Subscription
Cancel your subscription at any time from Account Settings. You will retain access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period. Your loyalty points are preserved and do not expire.

View Billing History
Access a complete history of all subscription payments, upgrades, and refunds. Download individual receipts as PDF files for your records.
